In this particutlar article, you will learn about what patellar tendonitits, a very common injury among disntance runners. You will read about what it is, what causes it, and how to treat it.

MENTALITY: 

This article talks about how to get out of your own head. It will hopefully help you reflect upon yourself and help you relize what you need to do and how you need to do that, instead of just stressing about it and doubting yourself.

NUTRITION: 

Under the Nutrition tab, you will find articles discussing the important nutrients and vitamins. You will also find an article that explains the science behind why chocolate milk is a good recovery drink.
